Live in Housekeeper required. Own 3 bedroom cottage available

Property : Large Estate with a 17 bedroom house and 3 separate cottages

Accommodation: Own separate 3 bedroom cottage. Dependants and pets welcome.

Days: Monday – Friday

Hours: 8am – 5pm. Flexibility required when there are functions.

Salary: £30k - £35k Gross per annum

Driver: Essential due to location

My client who are based in a beautiful Hampshire estate are searching for an exceptional housekeeper to care for their private property and the 3 cottages onsite. You will have your own 3 bedroom cottage with a living and dining room as well as ample parking. They welcome any dependants or pets for the right candidate. You will oversee and work alongside two other part time housekeepers in managing their household in an exceptionally clean environment in a live-in position. They seek a candidate who has experience with all general housekeeping tasks and no cooking is required. This Ringwood family require a confident driver and a pet-friendly candidate as they have 2 dogs that need a pet-care occasionally. Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm (some weekends will be required). As with most venues the summer will be busier and in the winter they rarely host any weddings. There will be the occasional personal events or shoots.

Duties include:

Dusting furniture freshening the rooms

Daily bed changes

Hoovering

Polishing of antiques and silver

Laying out breakfast in the cottages when occupied (This will be continental)

Some waitressing if the family hold a private event

Laundry.
