Mixed Farming Full Time Permanent Job

A full time permanent position in the Brecon Beacons National Park on a mixed farm running cattle, sheep, poultry, arable enterprises. Greenway is 3 miles from the market town of Brecon making it a very convenient location for all amenities. 1 hour from Cardiff, 1 hour from M4.

The position will be to assist in the running of all enterprises. It will suit someone who loves the outdoors and variety in their work. We practice regenerative agriculture and are passionate about the sustainability, health and growth of our soils. We operate rotational paddock grazing systems for sheep and cattle. Lambing is indoors.

Skills which are favourable but not all essential as will be learned are tractor/machine driving, estate maintenance, stockmanship, ability to work in a team and independently. Attention to detail and tidyness is important as is a positive outlook and sense of humour. The job requires flexible working hours as the farm requires throughout the year.

Salary: £30,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
