Community Healthcare Support Worker / District Healthcare Support Worker

We are looking for Community Healthcare Support Worker for Block bookings/ ADOC shifts to support our NHS and Private hospitals within the West London area .
Key Responsibilities
- Visit housebound patients in their own homes, as well as residential care settings, to provide a comprehensive range of clinical support including wound management, end of life care and symptom control.
Essential requirements
- Must have a minimum of 6 months experience working within the UK and working as a support worker within the community.
- Have the legal right to work in the UK
- NHS Smartcard
- UK Drivers licence and Vehicle
- Please note we do not accept tier 2 or tier 4 visas
