Position Overview & Specifications

We are seeking to appoint an outstanding PA to provide excellent administrative support to John Fulljames, the Humanities Cultural Programme Director. The Cultural Programme aims to bring the world’s leading performers and emerging artists across different cultural fields to Oxford - both in-person and online.

You will be responsible for managing the Director’s diary, preparing papers and logistics for each day, ensuring actions are followed up on in a timely way, drafting correspondence on their behalf, and developing overseas travel programmes. As a member of the Division’s administrative team you will also be expected to carry out various duties related to communications, events, and general administrative support.
